Hi, I'm Lauren.
I'm an AI consultant with Australian and Canadian roots.
I spent ten years in operations, project management and process redesign before AI came on the scene. At PwC in Canada and Australia and then six years leading operational transformation inside a large organisation. I have interviewed hundreds of staff about how their work actually happens and turned it into roadmaps that got funded and delivered. The AI layer is new. The discipline of finding where it pays is not.
I also run my own businesses on the systems I recommend, and I'm delivering these audits for companies between 10 and 100+ people.
Then I bought a business.
I rebuilt an e-commerce company that sells kids furniture across Canada and the US into an AI-first business. AI agents now run our email marketing, answer customer support queries, check sales figures and report on competitor moves. I didn't learn AI from a course. I learned it by running a business on it.

I don't work in isolation. When a project calls for heavier development, I work with development partners, and I draw on other professionals for specialist support as needed. I stay your point of contact, bringing the right people into the work so we can carry it through from strategy to implementation.
